I was heartened to hear David pay full tribute to the 1.5 million people working in social care supporting people through COVID-19.
“This taskforce will build on the huge surge in the public’s understanding and appreciation of what social care is, and the sacrifices the people working in social care have made as they have tackled this unprecedented national crisis to support the people they work with.”
